背景资料 This gene encodes a member of the G-protein coupled receptor family. Although this protein was earlier thought to be a receptor for vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), it is now considered to be an orphan receptor, in that its endogenous ligand has not been identified. The protein is also a coreceptor for human immunodeficiency viruses (HIV). Translocations involving this gene and HMGA2 on chromosome 12 have been observed in lipomas.

    糖原合成酶（GCS）检测试剂盒

    检测方法 紫外分光光度法

    测定意义：GCS（EC 2.4.1.11）催化UDPG 和葡萄糖残基生成糖原和UTP，以α-1，4-糖苷键相连延长糖链，是肝和肌肉糖原合成酶的限速酶，是胰岛素作用的主要靶酶，对糖代谢的调节和血糖稳态的维持具有重要作用。
    测定原理：GCS 催化UDPG 和葡萄糖残基生成糖原和UDP，丙酮酸激酶和乳酸脱氢酶进一步依次催化NADH 氧化生成NAD+，在340nm 下测定NADH 下降速率，即可反映GCS 活性。
    需自备的仪器和用品：紫外分光光度计、台式离心机、可调式移液器、1 mL 石英比色皿、研钵、冰和蒸馏水。
