检测方法 紫外分光光度法

测定意义：植物叶绿体中果糖1,6-二磷酸醛缩酶是光合作用中参与calvin循环的重要酶。催化果糖1,6-二磷酸和景天庚酮糖1,7-二磷酸的合成反应，在各种逆境胁迫下表现不同的响应。
测定原理：果糖1,6-二磷酸醛缩酶催化果糖1,6-二磷酸生成3-磷酸甘油醛和磷酸二羟丙酮，在磷酸丙糖异构酶和α-磷酸甘油脱氢酶作用下催化NADH和磷酸二羟丙酮生成NAD和α-磷酸甘油，340nm处吸光值的变化可反映果糖1,6-二磷酸醛缩酶活性的高低。
自备仪器和用品：天平、低温离心机、震荡仪、研钵、紫外分光光度计、1 mL石英比色皿。

Thermo Scientific MssI (PmeI) restriction enzyme recognizes GTTT^AAAC sites and cuts best at 37°C in B buffer (isoschizomers: PmeI). See Reaction Conditions for Restriction Enzymes for a table of enzyme activity, conditions for double digestion, and heat inactivation for this and other restriction enzymes. Note: Also available as a FastDigest enzyme for rapid DNA digestion.
