Lumiprobe有两种级别的SYBR Green I：

适用于Real Time PCR的SYBR Green I,100×solution

SYBR是一种渗入DNA链中的染料，高效特异作用于dsDNA。这种染料能用于实时定量PCR中检测DNA链的合成。

操作如下：
