■ 产品简介
Capturem™ Protein G 系列产品是基于Protein G* 原理，结合新型膜技术的一次性抗体纯化柱，特别适用于单克隆抗体和多克隆抗体的小量快速纯化和筛选。室温下操作即可，小量纯化仅需5 min，因此无须担心抗体的降解或失活。Capturem™ 系列产品以高性能的尼龙膜为介质并对其进行改造，增加了膜孔表面积，对抗体的结合能力≥75 mg/cm3。产品最突出的特点是柱床体积小，可在室温下操作，纯化简单快速，可实现抗体的高浓度、高纯度纯化。产品有小量（miniprep）、中量（maxiprep）以及高通量（24 well、96 well）四种规格可供选择。
*Protein G是来源于Staphylococcus aureus的细胞壁蛋白质，与许多物种（人、大小鼠等）的单克隆或多克隆IgG型抗体分子的Fc段有高亲和性。本制品使用的是重组protein G，去掉了白蛋白结合结构域、细胞壁和细胞膜结合结构域，从而提高了与抗体Fc片段的结合特异性。

*1. 样品与binding buffer的稀释比例为1:2～1:15。建议杂交瘤样品1:2～1:4稀释，血清样品1:15稀释。
*2. 收量多少取决于样品的类型、物种以及抗体同种型（isotype）。
*3. 这是在HEK293细胞上清液中添加1 mg小鼠IgG1时获得的收量。

【注】由于Capturem Protein G系列产品不包含buffer和收集管，请按以下建议配制buffer和准备材料。
1. 纯化buffer
本制品可搭配使用磷酸盐、柠檬酸盐缓冲液等抗体纯化常用试剂。标准的buffer配方请参考说明书中内容，需要注意的是，buffer的盐浓度和pH值对纯化抗体的收量和纯度的影响会因抗体的同种型不同而不同。
2. 收集tube/plate
使用Miniprep产品进行1次纯化，需要额外准备4个2 ml tube
使用Maxiprep产品进行1次纯化，需要额外准备4个50 ml tube
使用96 well产品进行1次纯化，需要额外准备4个96 well collection plate
使用24 well产品进行1次纯化，需要额外准备4个24 well collection plate
