产品介绍

活细胞荧光示踪探针CDCFDA是美国AAT Bioquest生产的用于开发荧光生物共轭物的荧光染料。众所周知,细胞的荧光标记是确定总细胞数或样品中存在多少活细胞的有效方法。流式细胞仪结合荧光染色是分析异质细胞群的有力工具。荧光素二乙酸酯(FDA)及其衍生物是非荧光分子,其扩散到细胞中并被细胞内非特异性酯酶水解以产生荧光产物。荧光产物只能在具有完整细胞膜的细胞中积累; 因此,具有渗漏膜的死细胞不会被染色。FDA及其类似物(如CDCFDA)的膜转运和细胞内水解的精确动力学与细胞功能有关,因此FDA标记可用于通过流式细胞术或荧光显微镜监测细胞。FDA染料标记细胞的荧光强度在细胞系和菌株之间差异很大,可能是由于细胞内酯酶活性的差异。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供最优质的活细胞荧光示踪探针CDCFDA。
