Bio X Cell offers custom production services of antibodies produced from hybridomas supplied by our clients. These hybridomas are either 1.) developed in the client’s laboratory or 2.) available in the public domain. In this case we would sign a Material Transfer Agreement if requested. Many scientifically important antibodies have been supplied on a custom production basis to our clients.

This service includes fermentation of the hybridoma in cell culture, harvest of the cell culture supernatant by centrifugation and concentration by 50kD ultrafiltration. Purification is performed by Protein A or G affinity chromatography. The purified antibody is dialyzed into PBS and filter sterilized. All our of our custom products will be delivered with an endotoxin level <2EU/mg. If lower endotoxin levels are required contact customer service. For an extra charge we offer freezing of the cell line and MAP testing.
